We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Customer Experience Providers team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of call center experience preferred or previous customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.e.: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, experience with SuccessWare software is a plus
  • Previous experience working with business management software tools is preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Works well with a team
  • Being genuine and personable is a must!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Recording important information from customers and booking calls
  • Communicating between team members on a daily basis
  • Strong commitment to world class customer service
  • Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
  • Superior oral/written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
  • A knack for effective time management, organization, and prioritizing
  • Strong decision making, change management, and negotiation skills
  • Ensures proper, accurate job notes in the system, and in databases used to communicate with customers as well as departments/technicians
  • Build solid productive relationships with team members and customers
  • Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs
